Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including market research, online tools, and networking.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted cold calling and email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead information within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist in the development of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Contribute to the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor offerings and strategies to effectively position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful project execution.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in basic data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or related role.
  • IT Domain Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the IT industry and common technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and online research tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to work.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
